Shipping Policy

Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep by the selected date. For deliveries to shopping malls, multi-floor buildings, and condominiums, our standard service typically delivers to the guardhouse or meets at the ground floor lobby. If you require door-to-door delivery, please note that an additional cost may apply.
Shipping Coverage Orders are shipped within West Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.
Shipping Cost is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Delivery costs vary depending on the destination and total purchase value of the order. You may check the delivery cost by selecting the delivery option (please select the delivery date) at the checkout screen. Our system will show the delivery fees based on the delivery address with postcode that you input (which our system segregates by "area"). General guide as follows:

Area 1 Delivery Charges is RM25, FREE delivery for order RM200 and above;
Area 2 Delivery Charges is RM35, FREE delivery for order RM300 and above, RM15 for order RM200 and above;
Area 3 Delivery Charges is RM45, FREE delivery for order RM400 and above, RM25 for order RM200 and above RM15 for order RM300 and above;
Area 4 Delivery Charges is RM55, FREE delivery for order RM500 and above, RM35 for order RM200 and above RM25 for order RM300 and above RM15 for order RM400 and above.

Our delivery time period is usually between 10AM-6PM unless otherwise requested, delivery outside these hours will come with extra charges.
